At R4RE, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start a return, email info@r4re.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by card issuer. We currently ship to the United States only.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
