Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start a return, email R4re.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
